vcientertainment.com is operated by VCI Classics, LLC, doing business as VCI Entertainment (“VCI”, “we”). Questions about this policy or your information: vcihelp@vcientertainment.com.

• Orders: your name, email, phone number (if provided), shipping address, the items you order and your order totals. We use these to fulfil, ship and support your order and to calculate shipping and sales tax.
• Payments: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link payments are entered directly on Stripe’s secure hosted checkout, and Amazon Pay payments on Amazon’s pages. VCI never receives or stores your card number. We receive only the payment confirmation and status.
• Accounts: name, email, password (stored only as a one-way encrypted hash), saved address, wishlist and order history.
• Email sign-ups: your email and optional name when you join the newsletter, or when you tick the optional “Keep me informed” box at checkout.
• Contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
• AI chat assistant: the messages you type into the on-site chat, so the assistant can answer your questions about titles and formats.
• Analytics (only with your consent): pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected by Google Analytics.
• Security: IP address and browser type on sign-in, password-reset and administrative events, to prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this store:

• Stripe and Amazon Pay, to process payments.
• Printify and its print partners: your name, shipping address, email and phone for merchandise orders, so the item can be printed and shipped to you.
• MVD, our fulfilment partner for disc orders, and the US Postal Service, for shipping (USPS also receives destination ZIP and package weight to quote live rates).
• Resend, which delivers our order, account and newsletter emails.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Anthropic (Claude), the AI model provider that generates replies in the chat assistant.
• YouTube and Vimeo, which host the trailers embedded on product pages and may set their own cookies when a trailer loads.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of VCI, our customers or the public.

Strictly necessary browser storage keeps your cart, sign-in and wishlist working. Google Analytics cookies are used only if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. Until then, analytics storage stays off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically.

You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

• Marketing email: every newsletter email has an Unsubscribe link. One click stops all future VCI marketing email to that address. You will still receive receipts and shipping updates for orders you place.
• Do Not Sell or Share: VCI does not sell personal information. To opt out of analytics, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer, or decline in the cookie banner.
• Access, correction & deletion: depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to know what we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. Email vcihelp@vcientertainment.com from the address on your account or order. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
• Account details: you can update your profile at any time while signed in.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Payments are processed on Stripe’s and Amazon’s PCI-compliant hosted pages, passwords are hashed, and administrative access is password-protected with optional two-factor authentication.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

When we update this policy we will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
